Bulla Gastrobar - Spring Menu


Bulla Gastrobar, Legacy West’s elevated Spanish restaurant has announced the arrival of its new springtime menu! Starting today, the restaurant will be offering the following seasonal dishes and beverages in celebration of warmer days ahead: 

 

Food: 

·         Crema de Gambas: Shrimp and clam chowder, pork belly 

·         Macarrones con Chorizo: Macaroni, tomato and chorizo sauce, goat cheese, shredded Manchego   

·         Mushrooms con Chorizo: Chorizo-stuffed cremini mushrooms, mozzarella, garlic brisket sauce, toasted baguette 

·         Braised Ribs: Dry rubbed ribs braised with red wine, sofrito, tomatoes and served with garlic potato purée 

·         Estofado de Res: Catalan-style beef stew, cremini mushrooms, roasted baby carrots, Valencia steamed rice 

·         Baileys Tiramisu: Coffee-dipped lady fingers, mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder 

Cocktails: 

·         Mediterranean Negroni: Gin, Licor 43, Lustau Vermouth Rojo, Campari foam 

·         Mezcal Paloma: Mezcal, Aperol, fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, lemongrass syrup, Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Sparkling.
