Beginning Monday, Sept. 18 through Saturday, Sept. 30, Bulla Gastrobar will be participating in Negroni Week in support of Slow Food. Bulla will be donating $1 from each Negroni sold to Slow Food, a global movement made up of over 160 countries looking to change and heal the world through food and drink.

The tapas-style Spanish restaurant will be offering two Negroni options; the Spanish and the Bianco, with both cocktails being excellent pairings for any menu offering.
