We're excited to invite you to a one-night-only private dining experience featuring Schramsberg Winery. We welcome OnPremise Sales lead for North Texas, Lisa Orsini, who will guide you through the tasting notes and history of each Schramsberg wine paired alongside Uchiko favorites.
Menu highlights include:
iberico pluma | fennel soubise, apple relish, mint
hanger steak | mushroom demi, king trumpet, brown butter
cheesecake | mandarin yuzu, apricot, calpico granita
Tickets are $150 per person, plus tax & gratuity.
